If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30 day returns

You've got 30 days from delivery to return any unworn item, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Email support@findyouredge.app with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid returns label.

Refunds

Refunds land back on your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the parcel. We'll email you the moment your return is processed.

Exchanges

For a different size or colour, place a new order and return the original for a refund. That's the fastest way to get the right item to you.

Faulty items

If something arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll sort it out straight away.
